All is good, I had a nice trip. The rooms are well stocked here with a romantic bath, bigger bags and a fan. The setting is stunning and fab, not far from the two centre and restaurants, sea front and

Comfortable bed in the cosy king room, plus a private safe, central heating, and an iron. Stunningly beautiful view from the window to the sea.

Stylish property, has pleasant staff who provided excellent customer service. Spotless, new-fashioned units provided with modern fireplaces, a bath plus gorgeous decor. Great and lovely location, just a pleasant stroll away from The Lanes.  

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, close to centre of Brighton. The breakfast was delicious and marvellous - plenty of dishes. The ambience felt really cosy and the service was very good.

Nice comfy base for discovering Brighton with pleasant and welcoming staff who provided excellent customer service. Lots of brilliant food for meals.

We spent 2 nights in queen room with fan', table for 6, a bath.

The hotel was ideal and clean, with polite and amazingly great staff who provided excellent customer service. The location was marvellous and beautiful, only 5 minutes walk to an exotic palace.

There was no reception which we expected.

Delicious breakfast, great views, fab location next to the promenade facing a rectangular grassed 'square'being the positive, the beach and Brighton Pier, and the main shopping areas. Well stocked rooms with very comfy

Everything was good from the staff to the room, lovely bed and huge room. The hotel's location was particularly good, very close to the beach with shopping centres and all the major shops within walking distance.
